Candling eggs on day 8

We  see the new chicks when we candle the egg!we can see the chicks eye when we candle the egg.
It is very cool! It was very fun!
I saw a black dot where the chick was growing. We took different eggs out one at a time so they do not get cold. Written by Ella, Moses, Haysen

Today is 7.

7 is how many days we've had the eggs. The egg tooth is starting to grow. The egg tooth is the tooth that the chick uses to break out of the shell when it's ready. The temperature is near 100. The incubator is keeping the chicks warm because  we don't have a mother hen. The chicks are growing and they will get out of the egg all by themselves because if a person did it they would die. And the numbers of egg are 24 and the number of days is 21. Written by Grace  Isabel and Evan.
The incubator has eggs in it because we can't have a hen in our classroom.
